Question can i connect enso rgb controller to my botherboard?

so i've run into a problem with controller, or with the case rgb.
The back chassis fan is connected to the controller on the back side of the case and front case leds aswell(although it has asus aura cable, 3pin) but can the controller be connected to the motherboard(b360-f gaming)
