can i connect the dual fan cables to any fan header in the motherboard

i have z370 a pro motherboard with noctua nh d15

can i connect the dual fan cables to any fan header in the motherboard especially if my motherboard have only 1 CPU fan header

One needs to be connected to CPU fan header, does not matter which, so the MB is satiisfied there is a cpu fan present....
