Solution
The ONLY way to get the FC360 setup to work AFAIK would be to use the HEADPHONE jack (3.5mm male to red/white RCA jack) but then it's still just a STEREO output.

THESE are the ideal ways to do it->

1) A SOUNDBAR for the HDTV
- ideally your HDTV has an "ARC" output (Audio Return Channel) which means the soundbar can replace your speakers so no extra remotes

You can also use the method below (#2), or the headphone output I mentioned depending on the HDTV and Soundbar.

2) Home Theater with HDMI inputs
- The Android, BluRay player etc would connect to the HDMI inputs on the receiver. It would then pass through a single HDMI connection to the HDTV. The AUDIO and VIDEO depend on which device you have selected from the receiver remote...
The audio would be INPUT from the FC360.

You only support STEREO so you would use the Red + White RCA inputs. This won't work with HDMI.

For example, if you have a DVD player that has COMPOSITE (Yellow) you would run the YELLOW cable to the HDTV, and the RED + White cables to the FC360, then run the audio output of the FC360 into the Red + White under the YELLOW input.

*I can't find EXACT info on your unit so I may be slightly off but this is the basic information.

It should only support a single device as well. No switching between inputs that I can see.

I want to connect my android tv box to my TV via HDMI
and to hear the sound with my FC360 5.1
I didn't yet bought the FC360 5.1 that's why I'm asking if it will work or NOT
thank you

*You'll need an INPUT for each device you own. Some have Composite, Component, S-Video as well for older devices.

**VOLUME is then done via the remote control for the RECEIVER, though there are modern HDTV's with "HDMI ARC" that may use the TV remote for volume.

You do NOT have this likely, but it's interesting to read:
