Hi. I want control my cpu fan speed without using bios. Which program I can use?

I have Ryzen 7 2700 cpu and asus a320m-f motherboard
Please don't say speedfan.

You need to leave that alone and let the motherboard control the fan speed as needed.

Edit. If it's to loud buy a better cooler.

A temporary solution is not changing the fan speed so it runs hot. I would just put up with the noise till you can get a cooler.
You should be able to disable the boost that might help but hurt performance.

My cpu is not hot when im playing bf5 its max 61 degrees

What type of fan is used on the cooler?
You might try a low speed adapter cable like those supplied with noctua coolers.
