So the answer is yes you should be able to control it. Note however that this is BETA software, so it may work properly or not.
This is a question not a solution but I need help on the same problem I have a z270 prime-A and what do I do once I download the software for the rgb ram it sends me to winzip and I have no clue what to do from there
