Need to know because I have a 100ft rgb cable i want to connect to the MOBO so i can control it using the pc instead of bluetooth or other such things.

I have a BJ-5VRGB Model RGB strip. It requires an input of 5V/1A DC and I'm wondering if there's a cable or something I can do to make the 12V from the 4 Pin RGB connector on the Motherboard only 5V for my RGB Strip lights (Pic Attached)

In PCs, 5vDC are only for digital ARGB (3pin) not plain analog RGB (4pin) which is12vDC. so everything is wrong and can't be easily converted bu just a cable.

You cannot convert one voltage to another via a simple cable. What you have does not meet the requirements and therefore cannot be used.
