[SOLVED] Can i convert my DVD rom to another HDD slot ?

can i do this using an HDD caddy? my laptop unit is ASUS K566U what about the size does it all the same?

it should be fine, the DVD drives are standard and thus the HDD drive caddies for them are too. the exception being the height, the drives have differing heights, be sure to get the right thickness drive caddy.
IIRC 7mm, 9mm and 12mm.

thanks for this is exactly what i want to know the measurement of this i'm not sure of the DVD rom size i just know my hdd is 2.5"
