Can I cooler Master 212 evo with my gpu and ram?

Which RAM set is it? You need low profile otherwise the heat spreaders will interfere with the fan. Everything else is fine.

I use Vengeance RAM 2x4GB and if you put RAM stick into first RAM slot EVO will not fit! but you can put RAM sticks into slots 2 and 4!

how much impact would putting the fan on the other side have? i intentionally avoid high profile ram heatsinks to sidestep this issue.

It will probably affect 1~5C but you can everytime buy low profile RAM such as G.Skill Ares or Vengeance LP

No need for all the run arounds, the Hyper 212 EVO works with ANY Dram, the fan hieght is adjustable, have Trident X (fin on) under one on my IB rig (in sig) - no negative affect on cooling raising it a 1/4 inch
