Can I create a F11 recovery partition with multiple drives

I have an SSD with my OS in it, and a HDD with my user files in it. I was wondering if i can create a F11 Recovery partition either on the HDD or a USB device that saves both drives in one image.

I do not know if that is possible but I can tell you that using Copy and Paste will back up the hard drive to another drive .
Not worth doing that on its self of course .
