Question Can i create NFC shortcut on Android?

I am paying only using my phone and i would like to have nfc shortcut in the home screen of my phone to turn it on and off fast.Dont tell me to switch it on and off from the drop down menu

There are some apps that do it, but your phone must be rooted, and many NFC payment apps don't work on rooted phones for security reason.

I don't use NFC but I know that some payment apps can turn the NFC on then turn it off when finished.
