Can i Crossfire 2 video cards from different manufacturers?

i got a Radeon HD 7850 2GB Gigabyte OC edition and i wanna crossfire it with another HD 7850 but i couldn't find the exact same card i found a used AMD Radeon 7870 HD 2GB Dual X for dirt cheap
Can i crossfire this one with mine?
