Hi,

My specs are

Gigabyte Z87-HD3
i5 4570
8gb ram
1tb + 500gb storage
Cooler Master V550S

So the question is, is it possible to crossfire two R9 270's with this PSU?

Thanks

Model numbers and names may be different around the world. The VS550 is a semi-modular, Gold 550W PSU and well reviewed. It's just not quite powerful enough to do what you want reliably. When you are gaming each GPU can make very brief power demands well in excess of their normal power use, Thus extra power is usually drawn from the main capacitors of the PSU. If both cards spike at the same time, that will be more than you PSU can supply and, in the long run, will degrade your PSU as well as have occasional stutters or other effects on your gaming.

Yeah the VS550,
