Can I crossfire two RX 580 with these boards?

Both of those motherboards support 2-Way AMD Crossfire. You can choose either one and use both of your RX 580 GPUs.

My MOBO has one 1x16 pcie 3.0 and another 1x16pcie 2.0 slot.

I will be buying two RX 580 and crossfire them together. But this GPU uses 3.0 pcie and I only have one slot. Can I insert the other GPU in the 2.0 slot and crossfire them together? Will I lose performance by doing so?

Personally, of these four choices, I would choose this one:

It will support CF. Just keep in mind that it is nearly always better to have a single stronger GPU than two lesser GPUs in a multi-GPU (CF or SLI) config.

Ty! My doubt was that none of them have two 3.0x16 pcie slots. So if I were to crossfire, I would have to install one GPU in the 1x16 3.0 pcie slot, and the second one in a 2.0x4 slot right? But wouldnt there be a severe decrease in performance because of that?

The chipset will adjust the lanes for CF to work properly. No worries.
