Can I CrossFire?

If so, how much graphics capability will the combined cards make?

The 7790 is an r7-260x, and in crossfire you are looking at performances of gtx770 / r9-280x and better. This of course will also require a good 750w+ psu, vrs the good 550w needed for a 770/280x.

It would be the r7-260x
I personally wouldnt recommend it. It scales poorly for the costs and power draw. Its not recommended to Xfire low end cards, save up for a single more powerful card.

As long as it has the correct connectors, it should be fine, just be careful of the psu capability and try not to max it out with CPU/GPU OC.
