Hi Guys I just have a question about my Nintendo Switch. I just got a nintendo switch for my birthday but I am not allowed to use it until my birthday comes around in a couple of days. My mom is keeping it in the box in her room for safe keeping until my birthday but she keeps it at around 50-60 fahrenheit in her room. Will that damage the Switch if its in there for too long cuz everywhere always says to keep technology in a room thats about 65-70 degrees fahrenheit.

Your good, besides the specs rgd1101 provided and others have stated a lot of us have abused technology far more than that. I've worked in the rain with a smartphone in my pocket at 30degree temps and up to over 100degrees where it's getting drench in sweat, far more temperature extreme than a room in a house and they are all still running fine (won't always be the case due to water but you get the point). I imagine a lot of homes allow their unoccupied rooms to dip to 50degrees (or occupied) quite often during the winter and if this was an issue you would hear about electronics failing constantly.
