Can i delete eula files from my comuter?

I have just found a whole bunch of these eula files on my computer and i was wondeing if they were safe to delete.

If they are ordinary text files (file extension .txt) it is quite safe to delete them, but they won't be taking up much space anyway by today's drive capacity standards. But if they are an annoyance, deleting them won't have any effect on Windows or other software.

Yes, it's completely fine to delete them as long as you do what Phillip said. Make sure they're .txt files.
I delete them all the time to make stuff look neater, lol.
