Can I delete one admin account?

I have 2 admin accounts on my laptop. if i delete the original admin account, will it delete all the data in it, or would it be safe in the new admin account?

Which data are you talking about? I'd assume any profile data will be lost, but that should be all.

You can't delete the built-in administrator account, only rename it, if that is what you are talking about. Before you do anything, I'd make sure that you know what you are doing and why you want to do it. Just deleting stuff because you think you should often leads to someone having to re-install Windows.
