[SOLVED] Can i delete the Lci_Proxyumd32.ddl file and what does it do

I found out that this file : Lci_Proxyumd32.ddl was blocking an anti cheat software for CS:GO from working and was wondering can i delete it or does windows NEED this file?

Do you have any drivers installed for monitors as it appears it can be caused by them.

i do use an old dell monitor but how can i update the drivers for it?

also on their support page if you scroll to to part titled "The game does not start, and an error shows up: Failed to load the launcher DLL " i did this and did nothign to help at all and the part titled "Blocked file <xxxxxxx>" what does it mean in the explination and how do i do what they say , they arent clear about it

I checked the advice I gave as I normally don't suggest regedit.. and I didn't. So what advice were you following to get that error?

it wasnt your advies but it was from the faceit support website they say to try and that and i removed my 2nd monitor IRL and restarted my pc and didnt fix it, im starting to run out of ideas
