Can i delete these files

So i was checking my hard drive and then i realize there's file files inside my other hard drive that is Data (D: ),i don't know how it get here but im planning to delete the files but i have no idea if its safe to delete them here the screenshot;

Deleting the text files (.txt) won't do any harm at all, but I wouldn't delete the rest unless someone else on this forum says it's ok to do so. I just don't know what they relate to.
