Can i delete this windows folder on my C drive?

After installing windows 10 when i restarted the PC i left the usb boot drive in so i ended up installing it a few times. When i got into my drive C i saw a couple of windows folders named:
Windows1
Windows2
and there was a Windows.old

I deleted all of them except this folder named Windows. Now i did read somewhere that the windows folder is supposed to be a hidden one which this one clearly isnt. After calculating on how much free space i should have, after i count everything i have on this PC with the OS there should be 70gb of free space that are taken by something random i dont know about.

So im just asking can i delete this folder or to leave it alone.

The Windows folder is not hidden, and it's protected so you wouldn't be able to delete it anyway.

To figure out what's taking up space on the drive use WinDirStat
