Why do you want to do this (and potentially damage the APU beyond repair)? What do you expect to gain? AMD uses quality TIM with its APUs/CPUs.

Apu temperature is high.
The package temperature reaches 90 degrees Celsius when loaded.
I use the AMD / Cooler Master HK8-00005.
From silicone paste nt-h1.
I think the problem should be tim.

No its not , its soft tim on all the apu's

However it would be a massive waste of time, amd chips have a massive die heat dispersal area & use high quality tim (unlike intel)
The apu's have absokutely no issue with heat dispersal to heatsinks.

1. The cooler youre using is bottom of the barrel
2. That temperature readout in hardware monitor is likely wrong .The chip would throttle at that temp & in your screen shot it isn't doing .

Hwmonitorn is useless for fm2 socket board temps
Only amd overdrive can be trusted when it comes to the fm2/+ platform

The TIM used under the IHS is NOT the issue, that is what we are telling you. The issue is the CPU cooler (heatsink and fan) you are currently using. There is also the issue of accurately measuring your APU's temperatures.

thanks.ok i test this cooler.i useed Pk-3,NT-H1 and other.pk3 is best.i have liquid metal but i cant use.becuse base of my heatsink is Aluminium.
