Basically I have 32gb ram plus I have a 16gb from a parted build can I stick the 16 in there and use that as a flash storage drive or something since it's not identical

It may however not be allocated to specifically the RAM stick of your intention. You will also need some software to create it.
Like iv used some program that uses ram like a storage drive and I was thinking could I [strike]desnate[/strike] designate certain ram sticks for this. Say you got 4 sticks that are the same but you also have 2 that are different you could use the 2 diffrent ones for a scratch drive or something

Simply no because although RAM is faster than a standard flash drive it can only store things while it is being executed but not after and RAM can't be designated as a person may want.
