Can i [desnate?] designate ram like CPU cores

Basically I have 32gb ram plus I have a 16gb from a parted build can I stick the 16 in there and use that as a flash storage drive or something since it's not identical

no you can not use it like a flash drive memory is memory it can only be used for RAM purpouses.

Like iv used some program that uses ram like a storage drive and I was thinking could I [strike]desnate[/strike] designate certain ram sticks for this. Say you got 4 sticks that are the same but you also have 2 that are different you could use the 2 diffrent ones for a scratch drive or something

No, you cannot do this.

Simply no because although RAM is faster than a standard flash drive it can only store things while it is being executed but not after and RAM can't be designated as a person may want.

If you are talking about creating a (virtual) RAM Drive, yes you can. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAM_drive
It may however not be allocated to specifically the RAM stick of your intention. You will also need some software to create it.
