Can i disable cpuparking?

Will disabling Cpuparking increase my fps in arma 3? If so can i disable cpuparking with this

i dont think you need to unpark your cpu cores for intel only for amd i think

CPU unparking is completely safe, no worries. Go ahead and do it, it'll probably increase your FPS a bit (even more if you're on Windows 7)
