I want to build this PC and don't wan to upgrade components for at-least next 5Years and still be able to run games on high or ultimate settings on 4K. The only thing I will be changing is monitor.

PC Config:

MOTHERBOARD: ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME
CPU: INTEL i7-5960X
GPU: ASUS NVIDIA GTX TITAN X (4-SLI)
RAM:CORSAIR VENGENCE 16GB DDR43000 2 x 8GB (4)
SSD: SMSUNG 850 EVO 2TB SATA III (8)
COOLING: EK WATERCOOLING CUSTOM LOOP FOR CPU&GPU
CASE:CUSTOM MADE
PSU: CORSAIR AX1500i (2)
MONITOR: SONY BRAVIA 4K LED TV KD-55X930C
KEYBOARD: NOT DECIDED
MOUSE: NOT DECIDED

Solution
The only thing I would tell you is you should reconsider using a 4kTV as your monitor because you'll be using HDMI instead of display port and be limited to 60hz. Obviously a 55 inch monitor would be absurdly expensive, but if you consider a smaller one(s) with display port, you can get a higher frequency output, and G-sync, which will make everything smoother. it make sa big difference.
4-way Titan X is a waste of money. It's likely that you'll be much better off upgrading to Nvidia Pascal/AMD Polaris, whenever their cards come out, which will be by 2017. Your Titan X's will be outdated by next year, for 4k gaming I'm afraid. HBM 2.0 is the future.

Solution
If you really wanted titan x's i would reccomend only 2. While no gpu will be able to maintain the maximum settings for 5 years 4 titan x's would be a waste. I currently am using 2 titan x's and while playing BF4 at max settings during a big multiplayer session i was getting around 70fps.

Better save the money of the titan x, buy one 980ti and wait for the next release of the new gpu, right now 4k is not an option with video card of the present, at less steady 60 fps or more, even with the titan x, not matter if you make it sli, because you will feel some games wont support propertly sli so at the end you will using just one card.
If you are looking for 4k to game better wait for the next release of video card that will be more focus on 4k than the card of the present.
