Can I do better?

So I have a build going for someone and I need the best performance possible, with upgradability, for preferably between $800-900.

This is what I have so far:

All the part areas that have been chosen were the necessary parts for the build.

SO is there anyway I can improve this w/o compromising performance and staying w/in my budget?

Side note: THIS PC WILL BE UPGRADED INTO A MUCH LARGER SCALE PC

Solution
What will this be used for?

It has a low end CPU, FAST RAM, WAY overkill PSU, poor (for gaming) graphics, Expensive case (money would be better spent), not even 1080p monitor.

This build is all over the place.
I would get a difference case and G Skill RAM. I own the Fractal Design R4 but it's not really worth it when it results in you buying a crappy PC. Change to Intel and get an i3 or i5 CPU, just buy a USB 2.0 WiFi adapter, get a 1TB HDD and drop the aftermarket CPU cooler.
