i have A i3 3.4 GPU. But i have a Dual core GPU installed right now can i install it?

i3 is not a GPU, it's a CPU. Are you asking if you can replace a dual core CPU with your i3? There are many dual core CPUs. If you can change it out depends on the motherboard. Look up the motherboard model and find out what CPUs it supports.
