No, not really. The PSU is not enough for that GPU. (some will say it is fine, but you are cutting it pretty close)

That CPU will bottleneck the GPU.

Change the CPU to an fx-6300 and a cheap am3+ motherboard.

This is VERY false. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-660-ti-memory-bandwidth-anti-aliasing,3283-14.html Here you will see that it pulls a MAX of 140w in EXTREME circumstances.
