Can I Do This?

I have a dell optiplex 990, 10gb of ram, and an i7-2600, psu 265.
I know i can put a normal GTX 1050 in it or a GTX 1050 Ti, but how bout a GTX 1050 OC 2gb?I dont know anything about overclocked GPU's at all (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814125919)

DT can only contain a half height PCIe x 16. OC is just higher base clock speed, but for 1050 ti, diff is small compared to regular 1050 ti. You can only have something like this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137081

The 1050 is 2GB, The 1050Ti is 4GB and has more cores active. I would get the 1050Ti and overclock that.
