Question Can i downgrade BIOS in Asrock b450m pro4

Hey, just a simple question
I just received my asrock b450m pro4 and it was already updated to BIOS version P4.30 AGESA Combo-AM4 PI 1.0.0.6, I want to go to a previous version which is 3.90
If i click download on the 4.30 it displays this message below

Does that mean i can never use an older one? or its possible?

nvm i already did go back, idk why they said you can't, just put the bios file in usb and install thats it
