Can I downgrade Windows 10?

I have a new laptop with Windows 10. It's really difficult to learn this version (fresh brain Injury) and wonder if there is any way that Windows 7 can be loaded instead. Thank you.

Yes if you buy them and there are drivers for that laptop (may be iffy).
