Can I Download dban from a Window XP?

I am stuck on the BOOTMGR is Missing ' Error... Now I am downloading a Boot Disc from DBAN.Org , but will it still work from a Window Xp Computer ?? Please help ! What do i do!

Dban is USED FOR SECURE ERASE it wipes drives.

Make sure your hard drive is first in the boot order.
