Can i download ms office to windows 7 starter

Hello,i have an Acer Aspire One laptop and its OS is Windows 7 starter, can i download MS office? any compatability to this OS? thanks!

It'll work just fine with the 2010 version, but I'm unsure if stater will work with older versions.
