Can i download the os disc from a web side?

The only way that i know to download the LEGAL OS is from the Microsoft's MSDN site, but is for companies.

You can use anyone else's disc also. Got a friend or someone you know with Vista, ask to borrow their disc. Just make sure you use *your* cd-key
