Can I download Win10 Recovery on my Note5 and Boot off of it

Hello, I have ran into an issue where I believe part of my Windows 10 is corrupt. It won't boot and is in a loop of trying to auto fix. I've heard, I dont know if its true, that you can download a recovery ISO file from Microsoft. If that's true would I be able to download it on my Note 5 and use it as a boot drive? Thanks!

NO, you can't run the installer on A) Android & B) anything other than a DVD or USB. I doubt it would recognise the Note as a storage format to install from, even if you could run the installer on Android. It has to be made by an OS other than Android.

You can't do it with a mobile phone..

You need to use another PC or laptop to download the ISO and make bootable media from it (Pen Drive or DVD).
