can i download windows 10 on my newe pc, when it's free on my old one?

a couple months ago i got a mail, that when windows 10 releases, i can dowload it free on my computer, now is my question, can i download it on an other(new) pc?

can i download it on an other(new) pc? - only if you already have an older Windows on it. Microsoft does it as an update to your existing Windows.
