Where and how can I try to install Windows 11 to the Cloud using the Virtual Machine process..not only that but installing it on an unsupported PC.
I've read of this on some forums or blogs and am not totally clear on the process..If someone could explain the steps I would appreciate it

You do not install windows 11 on a cloud.
You install windows on a pc or a virtual machine.
Virtual machine can be hosted on your local pc or in the cloud.

I'm not entirely sure, what you want to do. I'm not sure - you yourself understand that.

Try to explain a bit more in detail.
What hardware do you have?
What do you want to achieve? For what purposes?

Yeah also not sure what you're asking. There are online emulators to try OS' but not persistent, that you need to as @rgd1101 mentioned pay to do and is for basic/work use, not gaming or anything latency critical.

Online emulators like OnWorks and DistroSea are what I've tried in the past but again, it's only an emulator.

Where did you read this, so we can have some idea of what you're talking about.

Well....you'd need to purchase and maintain a VM instance on some server farm.
Basically, it is just installing an OS in a VM, on someone elses server. Done all the time.

BUT - You'll need a local system to actually manage this.

This is not a typical thing you want to use.

Lastly, from that answer - "I used AI provided by ChatGPT to formulate part of this response."

Be suspect. Very very suspect.
