[SOLVED] Can I dual boot windows 8.1 and osx mavericks?

Iv'e recently built a computer. I need to use windows for certain tasks and OSX for a few other things - imovie, facetime, xcode. I have a 2tb hard drive - so 1tb for windows and 1tb for osx. here are my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3 3240
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1600MHz
HDD: Toshiba 2TB
PSU: Corsair CX500M
MOBO: Gigabyte H61M-USB3v
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 650

Also i'm using a vga monitor at the moment - 1680x1050. Will i still be able to run osx?
