Can I edit 4K video i7 6700k and MSI Gaming X 1060 6gb?

I want to start editing 4K video for my YouTube channel, I want to upgrade my monitor to a 4K monitor because of this. Will I be able to edit and render 4K video with the i7 6700k and the MSI Gaming X 1060 6gb? Keep in mind that these will also be running the 4K monitor as well. I have a 550w PSU, and 8gb of corsair Vengeance RAM. I'm also curious; will I be able to play games at 1080p using the i7 and 1060?

it can for sure, the processor is quad core so for sure it can. i suggest you getting more ram, like 16gb or something, 8gb is kinda on the minimum and it kinda weird to only have 8gb on such rig like that. it can also run games in 1080p in maybe max settings. for sure 4k gaming need better graphics card
