I'm building a new pc and would like to know if i can fit a push/pull setup for a ek 240mm aio in the lian li case at the top without renewing the aesthetics.
Also would it be worth it to set this up?

There's only one Lian Li case on the EK compatibility list and it's not yours... that says:

We don’t have any confirmed compatibility of the selected EK-XLC Predator in this case model.

Have you looked here ?

Space of Radiator:

Top: 120 x 240x 54 mm
Front: 120 x 360 x 70 mm

From previous post, we know that the EK 240 is 68mm thick w/ 1 set of fans

EX Predator with Push = 68mm ... this is too thick for top mounting (68 > 54mm)
EX Predator with Push / Pull = 68 + 25 =...
Push / pull can give you from 10 - 30% cooling performance game depending on rad fpi's .... average is about 21%. The EK isn't as good a performer as the Swiftech, but it does allow push / pull. For fans on the 240mm unit @ 2200 rpm would be a bit noisy.... the 280 would be a better choice as those top out at 1600 rpm.

After that it's just numbers:

The Ek 240 Dimensions are: 295 x 133 x 68mm (L x W x H)

Without knowing case model we can't go any further but check your case specs .. each of the dimensions above must be less than te ones for your case. If you know your case model, this also may work for you

EX Predator with Push = 68mm ... this is too thick for top mounting (68 > 54mm)
EX Predator with Push / Pull = 68 + 25 = 93mm ... this is too thick for front mounting (93 > 70mm)

NOTE: These Lian Li guys could mean however that they have 70mm of room behind the existing fans... you will have to call and check. If this is the case it should fit in that instance. Take the existing case fans out and the 70mm EK Predator with fans may fit. Be nice if Lian li provided diagrams or better description. Also the EK 360 is a few mm longer than 360mm to allow for reservoir ends....but as almost every rad will have these two, it's a kinda dumb design to put 3 fans in front and not provide room for a typical 360 rad.

They also say 120mm for width ... again mos rads are 123 - 126mm ... if it's really 120mm / 240mm and 360mm dimension allowances in the case, I think they really blew it with this design

Of all the popular case manufacturers, I have found Phanteks to be the most accommodating radiator wise. The Enthoo Luxe has 65mm to Motherboard but it's offset so a 120mm wide rad should do fine inside. Take the pre-mounted fans and out them in the case's "attic", then buy new fans for underneath ... the 3mm shouldn't pose an issue unless your MoBo has something very tall within 3mm of the edge. Of course, you could buy fans slimmer than 25mm but i don't see them being needed for most MoBos
