Can I fit a Hyper 212 EVO in the HP p6733w?

My friend wants to upgrade her computer and I'm trying to get her the absolute best performance I can. Will she be able to fit a 212 EVO in it? If not, I need a cheap ($35 at the most) CPU cooler that will fit the case and work with an i5-7400.

Won't work , no cut for a CPU cooler in that case and cooler is too tall.
