Yes it *should* fit, I say *should* because a search of MSI's site brings multiple motherboards. A Google search shows a PCI-E slot.

IF your board looks like this one AND has the same slot as the second one(the long one) in the picture then yes it will fit and work(assuming the card actually works and isn't DOA)
