Yes that case supports mATX.

For future reference mobos come in ATX,mATX and ITX sizes. There are some other odd ball sizes but those are the main ones. Anyway all cases will say which size mobo it supports



The only thing you might have to do is move standoffs around on the case for one board size or another.
