Can i fix 2gb ram in 2 8ghz intel piv

Hi Friends,

I have one question to you,please help me out,Can i fix 2GB RAM (DDR1 X 2) in 2.8ghz intel P4 and How to find our computer Graphic Card version on PC or what command do we use to check it out? Can i install VMWARE application with this requirement?
