My dad is getting a dell Optiplex 3020 with the big cabinet/chasis with the following specs,Core i3 4160 (3.60 GHz) 4 GB DDR3 500 GB HDD Intel HD graphics... FIrstly I want to know whether i can buy a GTX 750 Ti and fit it in the PC to play games??? Secondly I am mostly playing DOTA2 on a old lap right now with a fps of about 15 :( so with the new comp and GPU will i be able to play it in high settings with a good fps???
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions on this topic.

Solution
The Dell Optiplex should come with a PSU with atleast 300w which is fine for a 750ti. However, you need to make sure the power supply has a pcie 6pin connector if the GTX 750ti you choose needs one. If you are worried about it fitting, get the measurements off the website and see first. I believe there are smaller low profile GTX 750ti's that you can buy which should fit. An i3 and GTX 750ti should be able to run DOTA 2 with really good fps, in the future you should think about upgrading to 8GB of ram though.
