[SOLVED] Can i fix my GPU?

I accidentally touched a small metal piece on the back of my GPU with a screwdriver that checks if a device has electric power.I checked if my HDD(because my PC didn't boot) had power while my pc was on and while moving the screwdriver to the outside I accidentally touched the metal piece in the picture and then my PC shut down.I tried powering it back on but the CPU fan started and immediately stopped.I plugged out the GPU and the PC is running with no problems.I think i fried my GPU or a portion of it.The metal piece(the one that has a black circle around it that says test pass in the picture)I touched is connected to the 2R2 piece on the bottom side of the GPU.Can i somehow fix my GPU or nothing can be done?BTW my gpu is an AMD Radeon HD 5450

Sounds like you shorted and permanently damaged the GPU. The only fix is to replace. Sorry for your loss.
