I got a rather cheap keyboard and it was working perfectly fine until the power went out. When it came back on, the keyboard didn't work. I tried using every single usb port as well as unplugging any other usbs from the computer. Whenever I plug the keyboard into my windows 10 computer i get an error message:

This only happens with this keyboard. All other peripherals/keyboards work perfectly fine. The keyboard also gives the same error on my windows 7 computer too and I tried all the usb ports. Is my keyboard broken?

Hi,

Since you're getting the same error on a different PC with a different operating system that definitely means its the problem of the keyboard not your PC's. :) I can't find any driver for that keyboard so that means it's just really a plug and play device so it should just work as a normal keyboard.
