Question Can I fix my rtx 2060 when it doesn't give a signal to my monitor?

So I recently had my pc crash where the monitor lost signal and my fans went crazy, after that whenever i booted up my pc i always got "no signal". after clearing cmos and swapping the gpu (atm 1050ti) i can use my pc normally now. Is there anything I can do to be able to use my rtx 2060 again?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

r5 3600, 16gb ddr4 corsair vengeange, gigabyte b550m aorus elite, 260gb m.2, 2tb hdd, then the asus rtx 2060 which seems faulty, win 10. my friend built it for me.

oh and the psu is thermaltake smart rgb 600W i believe.

would love to be able to use my rtx 2060 again. 1050ti just aint cutting it.
