Question Can I fix that?

For last 5 days i have a very bad ping(around 200+) for no reason. I did all the thing I've seen on internet, and nothing worked. And right now i opened the desktop version of speedtest on my phone with mobile internet from the same provider as my modem internet, and seen this:
Latency when download 230, when upload 270. Just like on my PC, with the same provider, but different tariff

Can I fix that on my side?

Oh, and a... I pay for 100mbps, but there is a little bit more, around 150 on 10, and all 200 on 22-5(24h day). A notice that earlier, limiter my speed at first to 100/20, no difference, 50/20, no difference, 20/20, no difference, 10/10, oh my god, it worked! But. War Thunder 190ping, EFTarkov disconnecting...
In a speed test ping fluctuate from 45 to 60, but in games and for real there is around 200+, and limiting my speed not worked at all

So first test with a ethernet cable directly to your router. Maybe you get lucky and there is some issue with the internet connection.

The most common reason for this on wifi is that a neighbor got a new router and is using the same radio channels as you. Although you can try it in general the old solution of changing radio channels does no good every channels is massively overcrowded. So many people buy silly mesh systems so you pretty much have every house attempting to use every possible radio channel.

Not sure there is any real solution, wifi6e has lots more bandwidth and less interference both because there is lots more on the 6ghz radio and it is still new and not a lot of people have it yet. You would have to replace all your equipment.

Other than that consider solution to not use wifi. A ethernet cable is always best but you can consider MoCA if you have coax cables or even powerline. Powerline might test with lower speedtest numbers but games do not really care about bandwidth they care about the quality of the signal. Most need well under 1mbps so even the worst powerline connection would likely run better than a unstable wifi connection.

About that. I have a cable, and i use it, i have an wifi adapter in my pc, Intel ax200 i think, and problem don't go even with that. Maybe you right, my neighbor above(i live in 5 store house) have a brand new modem like me, and he uses 5ghz. And with 2.4ghz result slightly better than with 5ghz, but the speed is around 50mbps, and that slightly is 20ping difference between 200 and 180

Very important thing, in our house we don't have Ethernet cable. So we all use modems with SIM cart in it

So it is much worse than I first thought. I though you were connecting with your mobile phone to the router via wifi.

You now have 2 wireless signals that can cause you issue. You have the standard wifi one which you might resolve with a ethernet cable and you have the second one to a cell tower. Hard to say why a mobile broadband internet connection performs well sometimes and is unusable others.

Partially it is because cell providers balance there network for mobile users. Most mobile users will tolerate some bad performance in exchange for always having signal even if it is not real usable.

You could be on a different cell tower than you were using before. Maybe the ISP is doing maintence on a tower and your device switched to a differnt one. Could also be load from other users. Lets say you have the ability to see 2 cell towers. One close to you that works well and one a bit farther away that works but is slower. Now you have a second person who can only see the first tower. What many ISP will do is force you over to the slower tower so the person who has no other place to connect can get your spot on the faster tower.

In any case you can do nothing at all about the network connection to the cell tower. Maybe try closer to a window to see if it is better.

Ok... So I lost 3 nights trying to solve the problem for nothing. Thank you for answering
