Thank you for all your help!

1. What "someone" ?
2. What did they tell you to do?

Pretty much all you can do is what you already did...verify the hardware is not broken.
Fixing a Windows OS requires a Windows boot DVD.

OK...that's a whole different issue. Has nothing to do with Ubuntu, and nothing that it could fix.

How, exactly, did you create this Windows USB?

A purple screen? That is a horse of a different color. You should start a new thread so that maybe we could help you fix this. Forget about that Ubuntu stick, it is useless in fixing Windows.

If i boot with usb i get the purple screen and cursor 😛
i was thinking i could delete everything from my ssd and use the usb for windows then beacuse i think somehow i dont know how my windows on the ssd is affecting the usb :L

That statement makes no sense.

You can install from a USB.
You can't install the OS to a USB.

Now....what are you actually trying to do?

For some reason the usb with the windows media on it wont work it just goes to a purple screen with a cursor i think this has to do with the problem with windows on the ssd so i was saying is maybe if i delete windows from my ssd it will no longer affect the usb

when your booting from a USB drive it is not trying to read from other drives

Why not just unplugging the ssd?

then that means you were never booting off the USB drive to begin with. you will have to get into the boot menu when you startup your computer and if the drive is not listed then you will have to use the media creation tool to reload windows setup on the USB drive
