I'm planning on buying MSI H110M PRO-VD and a Pentium G4560 Kaby Lake CPU, but to actually be able to use the kaby lake Mod edit: keep it clean pleaseI need a bios update, so could I put the update on my Usb drive and flast it on my motherboard?
Probably not, most MB's require a working CPU that it knows, and then can flash. IE, a skylake CPU would work. Now in a few months once old stock is sold out, all new MB's will come with a working BIOS that supports Kaby Lake out of the box, but for now you usually need a CPU that works in it in order to flash it. It's a bad paradox. lol.

MERGED QUESTION Question from GambinoGod : "Does msi h110m pro-vd support kaby lake?"
GambinoGod :
Does MSI H110M PRO-VD support Kaby Lake CPUs?
Also, that MBO supports DDR4-2133MHz memory, what would happen and would it work at all if I put a DDR4-2400MHz memory?
It needs a BIOS update to run Kaby , check the MSI site for that board.
2133 is max for that board.

BIOS info is here ^

The motherboard supports the CPU but only with a bios update. The update unfortunately requires a suppored CPU to update the bios so buying them together isn't an option in most cases. The motherboard only runs at 2133 but most 2400 ram will work at 2133. The ram will work just not at the top spec.
email msi they can give you a serial number range of when the newest bios will be on the mb. then you can ask if your mb is new or old stock. some mb like asus have usb flashback ports. all that needed is power to flash a new mb.
